The best way is a short conversation. We'll ask about your situation and be honest about whether we're the right people for it. If we're not, we'll say so — and usually suggest who might be.
It depends on the engagement. Some work is fixed-fee, some is time-based, some is a retainer. We're always transparent about how we've arrived at a number and why.
It varies significantly by scope. A consultation might be a single session; a larger engagement could run several months. We always give a realistic timeline upfront and flag changes early.
Yes. A significant portion of our work is done remotely. We have clients in multiple cities and have built processes that make remote work as effective as in-person.
Sometimes. It depends on what it is. We take on smaller engagements when the work is interesting and the client is serious. We'd rather have that conversation than rule it out.
We stay available. Most of our clients come back — whether for follow-up work, a quick question, or the next project. We build relationships, not just deliverables.
We always want to hear from people who are serious about their craft. Send a note explaining who you are, what you do, and why Company interests you to hello@company.com.
