Where we came from
Company started with two people, a clear point of view, and one conviction: the standard everyone else had accepted wasn't good enough. A few years on, that conviction still drives everything.

How it started
Alex had spent years doing good work inside a large organisation — but kept running into the same wall: processes that existed to protect the firm, not the client. Good enough was always good enough.
The idea was simple: build something smaller, with fewer clients, where quality wasn't a talking point but an actual constraint. Where "we don't do that here" was an option, and "this isn't ready yet" was something you could actually say.
Jamie joined early — bringing the clarity and craft that made the experience as considered as the work itself. Together they built something that neither could have built alone.
Company opened in 2022. The first clients came from referrals. Most of them are still clients today.
Where we came from
2019
Our founder stepped away from a comfortable career to pursue a nagging conviction: that the standard in this industry was too low, and that clients deserved better. The research began.
2021
Two years spent studying the best practitioners in the field — locally and abroad. Building skills, challenging assumptions, and slowly developing a point of view worth standing behind.
2022
Company opened its doors in early 2022 with a small team and a clear principle: do less, but do it better than anyone else. Word spread quickly.
2023
Recognised by a regional industry body for outstanding quality and client satisfaction. A nice validation — though the real measure has always been client outcomes.
2024
Added three specialists to the team. Not to take on more clients — to give each existing client more. Quality first, always.
2025
A second location is in the planning stages. As always, we are moving carefully — the right space, the right time, the right reasons.
What guides us
We don't have a policy document. We have a set of beliefs that have shaped every decision since we started. Here are the four that matter most.
We set our own standards and hold ourselves to them. If the industry average is acceptable, we ask what excellent looks like — and we aim for that instead.
Everything we do has a reason. We cut what doesn't serve the outcome and invest our attention in what does. Our work is edited, not padded.
We take time upfront to understand the brief properly. It feels slower. It isn't — because we almost never have to redo work.
We think about our clients' outcomes, not just our deliverables. When something we didn't anticipate comes up, we deal with it — because their success is ours.

Left a decade-long career in a large firm to build something smaller and better. Alex handles client relationships, quality oversight, and the decisions that matter most.

Responsible for everything the client sees and feels — from the physical space to the communications, identity, and every detail of the experience we create.
Senior Specialist
Joined in 2023 from a well-regarded practice with a reputation for doing precise, careful work. Sofia manages our most complex engagements.
Client Relations & Partnerships
Marcus looks after our client relationships and the network of partners we work with. He knows our clients' businesses almost as well as they do.
